This simple 5 step routine will help to rebalance your mind, body and skin on a daily basis (without having to visit a spa). 



 1. Awaken your body

A quick massage in the morning will help to get the blood flowing, pumping oxygen around the body. After your morning shower, apply our Green Tea Body Oil to the body using brisk, circular upwards movements. Packed with green tea and anti-oxidants, it will energise the body ready for the day.



2. De-stress at work

If you find your stress levels rising during the day, simply stop for a moment. Apply Zen Attitude into the pulse points (wrists or temple), breathe deeply and allow the Lavender, Mint and Cajeput essential oils to help restore your composure.



3. Unwind in the evening

Take a moment in the bath. Providing similar benefits to massage, a warm bath helps to release melatonin (the sleep hormone). Add a few drops of our Relax Bath Oil with lavender, patchouli, and  Ylang Ylang to help the mind and body destress.



4. Repair your skin

The daily grind constantly attacks our skin. If you’re short of time, a night mask is perfect to achieve quick, easy results . 5. Sleep Peacefully
