Purexpert Refiner Essence Oily Skin Exfoliating Fluid is specifically designed to treat oily or acne skin. This exfoliating essence removes dead cells that obstruct the pores causing the skin to lack luminosity. This essence works to purify the skin and minimises the appearance of imperfections whilst normalising excess oil. A highly effective treatment, but one that is gentle and respectful of the skin due to an innovative hydrating ingredient that maintains its natural balance. How to use
Use after cleansing with appropriate cleanser.
Pump a few drops of the refiner essence into the palm of your hand and pat into the skin and leave to soak in.
This is paired well with Purifying Mattifying Cleansing Foam and Purexpert Hydro Mattifying Gel Cream Oil-Free
TIP – During the first days of applying the Purexpert 1-2-3 Programme, impurities and oil will come to the surface of the skin. This is the product drawing out impurities and after a few days, this will disappear leaving the skin pure and healthy.

This complex is made up of active plant extracts of ginger, pimpernel and cinnamon bark chosen for their natural astringent properties. This complex regulates oil production and reduces the size of dilated pores.
Salicylic Acid
Salicylic Acid is a plant-based acid that works as a chemical exfoliator to remove dead cells, soften the skin and brighten the complexion.
It is often used to treat acne and spots as it reduces the number of skin cells within pores, to help prevent spots and blackheads from forming.
