Quick delivery and love the free samples that come with your purchases, is a great way to show off different reduces and I will def be ordering more from trying the samples. I usually get blemishes but these products seem to help a lot, my only concern is how expensive the products are for the amount you get.
Many thanks for your feedback. When using our products, you need very little, and many clients report that our products last well - due to not having to apply very much. Your recent order for our Discovery Box - gives you a 'taste' of the line and contained the 20ml Cream rather than the usual 50ml size and a 10-day Serum ampoule - and the regular C+ Serum is a 40-day supply. I been asked to leave review about which I have not received yetHi Marina So sorry that your order hasn't arrived as quickly as we would usually expect. It seems that the current crisis is really affecting Royal Mail's Tracked 48 service which we use for our free delivery option. Because of this, we are now offering a new, subsidised shipping option for DPD's 2-day service for just £2.50. We've also extended the delay for our feedback requests. Perfect foundation - the best version of you!
I requested a sample having researched the products I was looking for and was very highly impressed. The speed of delivery even in these unprecedented times was surprising and came as a very pleasant and unexpected early treat! The foundation sample is perfect and exactly what I was searching for and all the additional samples were a lovely bonus. I must have sung it’s praises so much after trying the sample foundation that my husband ordered me the full product as a surprise and I cannot wait to receive it! This foundation glides on your skin and leaves it feeling really soft and silky and I couldn’t believe how amazing it made my skin look and feel! It totally smoothed over any pores and evened out my complexion and the creamy serum-type texture smoothed over my wrinkles too and didn’t crease in the fine eye lines at all throughout the whole day. This really does live up to the statement of making you look like the best version of you! Thank you for your feedback - we really get upset when our service is not as expected. Your order did leave us straight away, but unfortunately, the service provided by Royal Mail is letting us and you down. We send all orders using Royal Mail's 48 Hour Service, but this appears to be more like a 7 / 8-day service! Apparently they are 'prioritising' post during this crisis. We have made this clear on our website and offer a next working day delivery with DPD if clients want to upgrade their delivery. Our apologies again, please believe that we are as angry as you are!

All great - parcel received. The delay was not related to the service or the quality of the products received from Germaine de Capuccini. Thank you for your help to get this resolved. All products are outstanding - will certainly purchase again. These are the best on the market I’ve tried so far - they suit my skin perfectly. Thank you!
