Unfortunately I haven’t received my order… DPD didn’t deliver it to me… they dropped it at collection centre which open from 10:30 till 16:30. I am full time employed and I couldn’t collect my order.
Thanks for taking the time to share your review. I have checked the tracking for your parcel with DPD and can see that they tried to make a delivery on December 8th and left a calling card. You then requested delivery to a collection centre which was actioned. Please contact Germaine De Capuccini directly to enable us to assist us with your delivery.

The sales staff got in touch with me as I had put in 2 orders with different payment cards, they were checking that it was correct which in my opinion was amazing and very professional.Delivery is fast and the staff on the end of the phone are always very helpful friendly and patient.Keep up the great service that you all supply.

Hi, I cannot unfortunately rate the service as such because my package has been lost and I never received it. Seems that royal mail left the package outside of the doors and someone took it.

Royal Mail had an issue with their tracking site but the tracking details were shared with you as soon as possible and your order is noted as delivered. Bad customer service

I usually get a great service and love the products. However this time one of theee items arrived smashed. The glass bottle in bits and the contents gone. I have contacted customer services and heard nothing. That is unacceptable. You need to look after customers. Especially regular ones. Not happy
