The new TIMEXPERT SUN sun protection products look after our seas and oceans:
– High percentage of biodegradable ingredients.
– Free of silicones, which are substances that accumulate in the sea, and therefore reducing them is key.
– By including natural ingredients that have an SPF boosting action we’ve been able to reduce the number of filters used in the formulas as much as possible to limit any possible environmental impact, without weakening the protection offered.
– Physical nano filters (TiO 2 and ZnO have been replaced by non nano TiO 2
– Free from oxybenzone and octyl methoxycinnamate the two filters banned by Hawaii’s precedent setting law due to their potential contribution to coral bleaching and destroying underwater life
– Water-resistant formulas to prevent the products’ ingredients from passing from the skin to the sea
