EMAIL COMMUNICATION & MARKETING

We use email as our main method of contacting you when you interact with us such as placing an order or using our Skincare Expert. We may also send you information or remarket to you via email or other channels such as social media. This does not include our regular marketing email that is sent to our VIP mailing list only.

GDC VIP MAILING LIST

You have the option to receive ongoing emails from us about the subjects you choose by subscribing to our GdC VIP list. These emails are controlled by us and are sent by trusted third party email partners who have their own privacy policies which can be provided on request. We often receive data about the emails that you open and click on if your software supports it. We use this data to improve what we send to you.

Opting out of email communication
You can unsubscribe or change your interest preferences at any time by using the links at the
bottom of every email we send you. Once unsubscribed, we will stop sending you any emails except for when necessary, such as placing a shop order.

SKINCARE EXPERT

Our automated Skincare Expert service helps visitors discover which of our many products are best suited to them. The service requires information such as skin type, email address and more. This data is used for the purpose of recommending suitable products and we will send these recommendations via email. You have the option to opt in to receiving further emails and you can choose which email subjects you are interested in. Wherever applicable, we may use your Skincare Expert information to make our email content as useful and relevant to you as possible.

COOKIES

Our website uses cookies to enhance your experience and help us provide you with a better website. A cookie in no way gives us access to your computer or any information about you, other than the data you choose to share with us. You can choose to accept or decline cookies. We do not store any payment card details.
