30 Day return policy
Should you wish to return your product/s for any reason, you will need to contact us within 14 days of your purchase. Products must be returned to us within a total of 30 days from the original delivery date and in a saleable condition so that we can process the return. All returned products must be unused and in their original packaging, which includes the outer cellophane wrapping. Refunds will be processed within 7 days of receiving the returned products.

PRODUCTS We are unable to REFUND Or exchange.
This includes personalised and perishable products as well as products that have had their protective seals or strips removed or damaged. This does not affect your statutory rights. As a guideline, the following examples are not covered by our returns policy:
- Any product which has been used or opened.
- Spa Vouchers
You will be refunded the cost of your order, excluding the cost to deliver the order to you. We offer a Freepost return service; should you wish to use your own postal service, you may do so at your own cost.
PROMOTIONS & GIFT WITH PURCHASE
Where promotions have been applied, discounts will be applied to each item in the basket. In the event of a return, you will only be refunded the amount paid. If the order contained a free promotional gift, the gift must be included with the return of any related items.
