Always receive excellent service with products very well packaged. There was a delay with one item (only a matter of a few days) and I was given an estimated delivery date at the time of ordering and emailed with updates.

Really pleased with my latest order from Germaine. After receiving expert personal advice about my skin, I have ordered some superb products. I also received some really relevant samples to my skin, which I'm in the process of trying. I will aim to never run out of Rosehip Oil again - I love it!

Beautiful packaging;the moisturiser is so creamy only need a spot. Just about to go on a self guided cycling holiday so the sachets are perfect and light weight for travel.
