Not pleased with change of courier 😔

Not impressed with change of courier from DPD to FedEx 😔 DPD provided an excellent service with Text/Email updates as to when they plan to deliver etc! FedEx just turned up & luckily I was there although 30mins later I would have left for work so let's just hope this was a temporary blip! If FedEx are going to be your chosen courier going forward I may have to reconsider my chosen product house as up until now the whole shopping experience including delivery has always been excellent!
Hi Austin, I was really disappointed to hear you were unhappy with the Fedex Delivery Service.  They do provide an e-mail service to advise of delivery time and I would be surprised and disappointed if this was not the case.  Delivery charge prices for us are quite critical especially now as we are offering free delivery which is great for everyone placing orders!  However, we are still able to send orders through DPD and are happy to do so, but on the notes section in your order just ask for delivery by DPD and it shall be done!

Amazing!!!

Quick, easy service. Awesome company for giving us 10% off my next order for purchasing with them. I'be has such terrible skin in winter it goes red and is easily irrated/ burns and was so dry I had patches, which is unlike me as my skin is usually perfect and I was moisturising twice daily. I tried all the big brands and they didn't help but made it worse. Only found out about this brand because I went to the grange spa, in pointon, Lincolnshire where they used the products. I won't use anything else now. Completely changed my skin for the better thank u!!

Excellent

Products & service are excellent - started by getting some samples - was amazed by the number of samples sent. I have extremely sensitive skin and normally companies send 1 x sachet as a sample which is no good to anyone. My only comment would be that it would be great to receive less samples to do with eye care and more in the way of things like exfoliants and masks.
Thank you for your feedback, we take on board your thoughts on eye care- but for some of our clients, this is an area of concern.  Unfortunately we are really limited in the mask samples we have - but would always be happy to send alternative exfoliant samples.  When you place an order - use the notes section to ask for for what you'd really like to try and we will always do everything we can to help!
