The only reason this is not Excellent is because an item was missed from my order. However once I had called them to tell them this, the missing item was despatched immediately.

it was alright

i ordered online and i was required to register once i was at the check out point. this did take time for me to complete as it did not register me instantly. I then decided to remove the item from the shopping bag, then go back and register which was quicker and then purchase the item again. this was a long process and you should be able to purchase a product without registering your details. after i had registered separately then purchased the product it was much easier and quicker.
Many thanks for your feedback, - you can check out as a 'guest' as is possible on many sites, but I will pass this to our IT people to check this is working properly.
